How do I purchase a piece of Incognito artwork?
Sign Up: Create your account and set up your payment details to get started.
Choose Your Favourites: Browse the Collection and add up to ten artworks to your Wishlist. You can update your Wishlist until 8:00AM on April 24th.
When the draw goes live at 8AM on the 24th, the system will attempt to purchase up to three of your ten favourite artworks, based on the order of preference you have set in your Wishlist. It’s the ‘luck of the draw’ as to who gets what!
If you only want to try and purchase one artwork, we recommend that you only have that one artwork in your Wishlist. Otherwise, you could end up with up to three artworks which you may or may not want!
Missed Out?? Remaining artworks will go in the Live Sale at 10AM on April 25th.
What features do I get by creating account?
By signing up and creating an account, it will allow you to add items to your Wishlist to enter the draw on April 24th. Too create an account simply click on the following link https://shop.incognito.ie/customer/account/create/
If you previously had an Incognito account set up, please ensure all your details are up to date e.g. email, shipping and billing address and payment details. When the collection goes Live, review the collection of original pieces of art and add your favourites to your Wishlist. To note no update or changes can be made to Wishlist’s from 8am on April 24th. Do I need to create an account?
Due to Incognito’s popularity and growing demand, we have over 3,330 original pieces of artwork going on sale April 24th. To be in with the best chance of securing a piece we encourage that you participate in our draw. Click on How to Buy Section. After the draw has taken place on April 24th the remainder of the collection is available to be purchased on April 25th at 10am.
How does the Incognito Sale Work?

How many items can I add to my Wishlist?
With your Wishlist you can add your favourite items up until 8am on April 24th. At that point any items in your Wishlist will be attempted to be purchased based on the order of selection you have chosen manually included in the draw; the system will proceed to attempt to purchase up to 3 items.
Please ensure you only add the number of items you wish to attempt to purchase in your Wishlist.
You may end up with 3, 2, 1 or none.
No update or changes can be made to Wishlist’s from 8am on April 24th.
Why do I need a valid card to my account registration?
A valid card is required to pre-authorise any purchases from the sale and reduce any delays in completing successful transaction.
All card details are held and processed by Stripe. Stripe Checkout User Services Agreement – Ireland | Stripe | Ireland
Can I use PayPal?
NO – all payments are processed using Credit/Debit cards.
I can't find the piece of artwork I wish to purchase?
All items are numbered from JJ24-XXXX. You can search for a particular number using the search bar. Or if you have created an account, you can add your favourites to your Wish List. You can also use the recently viewed option which will show last viewed items.
All the Artworks on your Wishlist will be automatically entered into the draw on April 24th. A lucky purchaser is selected at random and up to 3 artworks per Wish list will be attempted to be purchased depending on order preference.
How do I know what pieces are available to purchase?
All the collection is available to be added to Wishlist up to 8am on April 24th to enter the draw. Once the system has completed the remainder of the collection will be available to purchase. All that items sold will be tagged SOLD.
Remaining artworks will go in the Live Sale at 10AM on April 25th.
I have ordered the wrong piece or I would like to cancel my order, what can I do?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer any refunds for items selected incorrectly. All sales are final. Be sure to carefully select and identify preference order of the pieces you add Wishlist for the draw. All the Artworks on your Wish list will automatically enter the draw on April 24th. A lucky purchaser is selected at random and up to 3 artworks per Wishlist will be attempted to be purchased depending on order preference.
How do I know if a piece is sold out?
Any items that have been purchased out will be marked with a SOLD note on the artwork piece.
How do I know if I get a piece?
An email notification will be sent to everyone who has entered the draw and purchasers will be advised what artworks they successfully bought.
When do I find out who the Artist is?
Once the sale has closed, the names of the artists will be revealed, and you will find out who created each incognito masterpiece! Check your junk, spam, or clutter folders in case it’s fallen in there.
I have ordered multiple pieces and have been charged shipping on each transaction, can I pay for one shipping and direct them all to one shipping address?
Due to the fragile nature of the pieces of art, all orders are completed and packed individually, and our post and packaging rates are per order.
When will I receive my order?
Orders will be completed within 2 weeks and sent via registered post.

If I live outside the ROI, can I still purchase?
Absolutely, we have artists from Australia, Canada, Estonia, France, Germany, Portugal, South Africa, Spain, UK, and the USA. Anyone in the world can purchase a piece from this collection.
Currently all shipping and packaging will cost €6.50.
I want to participate in 2025 - how do I do this?
We would love to have you on board next year! Registration will open in May 2024.

Can I make a donation to Jack and Jill Children's Foundation?
Absolutely, if you do not wish to purchase a piece of art from the collection you can donate directly to Jack and Jill Children’s Foundation. Today we have over 400 Jack and Jill Families under our wing.

Jack and Jill Children’s Foundation
The Jack and Jill Children’s Foundation is an Irish children’s charity that funds and provides up to 100 hours per month of in-home nursing care, respite support and end-of-life care to families caring for children, up to the age of six, with severe learning disability often associated with complex medical needs. Its mission is to empower parents to care for their child at home, by funding and delivering nursing, respite and advocacy. The service operates 7 days a week, with no means test, no red tape and no waiting list.
In 2023, Jack and Jill supported 534 families in communities across Ireland.
